Fly-tipping

Allithwaite and Cartmel Parish Council has reported that someone has deposited waste material, i.e.: fly tipping, on Wartbarrow Lane, Allithwaite.

Fly-tipping is the dumping of rubbish on private or Council owned land without permission, or rubbish dumped on land where the owners do not have a Waste Management Licence.

Fly-tipping is a serious criminal offence for which individuals can be prosecuted.  If anyone is aware of persons dumping rubbish, please contact the Parish Clerk with details: lapc.clerk@gmail.com
